Art and food tour

Our guide loves the area. It is an old art society. He encourages trying food you otherwise might not.

Atl foodie

We had an amazing foodie experience with our tour guide Sophie. She brought us to 6 different places within a 1 mile circle and it’s some of the best food we’ve had so far. We local seafood cuisine, some sweet stuff and wine pairings. But it wasn’t just the food and wine that caught our attention, it was her attitude and caring towards us making sure cars stopped while we crossed and getting us seats in the shade and making the owners available for us if we had questions. It was a tour like no other. In addition to this at the end of the day she made sure that we got back to our ship in time by negotiating a taxi fare to make sure we did not scammed. All in all Sophie was a fabulous tour guide 5 stars all around.

Delicious food and fun tour of Cours Julien

Ines was a terrific guide! We had a cheese and wine tasting, and visited a few other restaurants with tapas-style dishes selected and explained by Ines. We were able to try many local dishes, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

Great tasting experience, fun time.

Had a wonderful time. Benjamin was our guide/host and did a great job of showing off the arts district where the tour is conducted. There were only four of us on the tour, and the other two were delayed in arriving (almost an hour) but it worked out well as we lingered at the first stop (wine and cheese) until they arrived and could join in. Turned into a really fun evening of conversation (my wife and I Americans, our dining companions sisters from Germany), learning about Marseille, and learning about each other.

Fabulous food & wine tour!!

Our tour guide Jean was amazing! He was completely knowledgeable about the essence and history of Versailles. He had previously arranged several shops & cafes for our arrival. Included: Wine & cheese pairing with a red and white wine with many different cheeses. The Chardonnay was the best I’ve ever tasted. Tapas restaurant where we sampled many different small plates. Mediterranean restaurant where we chose the from a menu. Sampled a traditional licorice flavored local drink called “Pastis” Homemade Ice Cream shop The walking tour was incredible. Very enjoyable authentic experience. The only negative thing was that the address given was ambiguous and difficult to locate.

We laughed, we ate, and of course, drink wine 🍷

What a fabulous evening we had Our guide, Ben, took us to the most interesting and amazing restaurants We went to the best cheese shop in town, then a wine shop with a cute table in the back to enjoy our cheese, baguettes, and wine 🍷 we then stopped at 2 more restaurants for delicious food and more wine tasting. We also learned how to properly prepare pastis! What a fabulous evening, if I’m ever in Marseille again, this is my go to tour🍷😃
