Marrakesh day trip to Atlas Mountains & Ourika Valley
Description
The Valley of ourika: In the heart of the Berber country, the Ourika Valley is still one of the most beautiful and best-preserved valleys in Morocco, the small villages clinging to the flanks of the massifs, the waterfalls and rocky landscapes that are confused with the omnipresent desert, all this forms a wild and seductive harmony in the confines of the Western Atlas. At the end of the tour, we will arrive at the village of Setti Fadma. Here you will have free time to visit the Ourika Waterfalls and for lunch. Here you will meet your local professional guide who will show you the waterfalls inside the mountains. Lunch can be taken at a local restaurant, facing the river that prepares Moroccan cuisine (or with a Berber family in the village). Then I return to Marrakech around 5pm.

Youness our tour guide was excellent, they took us from Marrakesh to a photo spot on the way where there was a pottery shop, we then went to an argon cooperative which was informative and we had bread with fresh honey and peanut butter with some herbal tea, the tea was lovely. We then went on a hike up the mountain with another tour guide he was so lovely and took care of us, it was an easy hike so everyone could participate and it has serene views, then we ate by the river which was so picturesque and the food was really good and cheap. 10/10 would recommend and everyone who participated was lovely.
