We taste one of the most famous Moroccan doughnuts which is called Sfenj. This doughnut is also prepared by Moroccan families in special occasions like religious ceremonies.
In this neighborhood we will learn about the families who came from Andalusia during the Spanish inquisition. We drink a traditional Moroccan Harrira (Soup).
In this Market we will taste some Moroccan olives, and we learn about the utilization of olives in Morocco and also about the preserved olives in Moroccan kitchen.
