Yassine was a great guide. He was charismatic and informative. He was quite helpful throughout the entire tour. I would recommend him.
Great tour. Really knowledgeable guide. Nice pacing. Worked with us to focus on what mattered to us.
I took this tour, so that I could get myself oriented in Marrakech which can be a bit overwhelming when you first arrive. The tour was through the Medina, some of the souks and visiting a few specific locations. The guide was informative and helpful especially giving suggestions for restaurants and other locations to see while I was here. Ismail was my guide and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions about the city and its history. He even sent us a full list of restaurants bars, and farmers markets after the tour so that we had options when we were on our own.
Great visits with our guide Mohamed. Nice, passionate and good advice. I highly recommend!
Watch out for nigaud catching for “guided” shopping. The herbalist shop ripped me off by increasing the amount taken. Apart from that, the guide was kind and the content was informative
Given the right tour guide, this tour can be a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we did not have a person who was in especially qualified tour guide. This was supposed to be a private tour, and we paid considerably for it. The tour was supposed to last four hours, but because we modified it slightly we ended up walking around for only three hours. When the tour guide left, we were glad to be on our own. His English was unfortunately pretty poor. He took us to four historic sites, gave us his five minute lecture, and then ignored us the rest of the time. Most of the time he was walking 20 feet in front of us. A private tour is supposed to be a user friendly and rich experience. If you’re going to charge people $225 for an afternoon tour, you should provide tour guides who speak proper English and understand and communicate with their audience. .
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the kind of impression we wish to leave with our valued guests. The itinerary you requested on the day was completely different from what was booked, and the changes were not communicated to us in advance. As a result, the guide had to cover off-the-beaten-path sites he was not prepared for. We also spoke to the customer and offered a refund, which they chose not to accept. Our private tours are normally highly personalized and informative, and with the right guide, they provide a rich and enjoyable experience. Hamza & the Moments in Morocco Team

Experience recommended! Hassan guide is very competent, helpful and kind. Visits to Bahia Palace and Medersa Ben Youssef are not to be missed! Everything great
This was a really awesome experience. Our guide Yassin was funny and informative. The only thing, it was reallyyyy a hot day- like 109 , so I recommend doing it on a cooler day
Amid was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history, architecture and art of the city. He guided us through the souks, took us to the very best artisans and recommended some amazing local restaurants. He knew we only had a short time in the city and helped us to make the most of it. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to experience the very best of Marrakech. We hope to have him as our guide again when we return!!!
