Step into history as you admire the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, a masterpiece of 12th-century Moorish architecture. Its 70-meter-tall minaret has been a beacon for travelers for centuries. While non-Muslims cannot enter the mosque, you’ll stroll through its serene gardens, where your guide will unveil the secrets of Islamic architecture, the Five Pillars of Islam, and local worship traditions.
Wander through the narrow alleyways of the ancient Medina, where every corner tells a story. Discover charming courtyards, historic fountains, and traditional Moroccan houses, while witnessing the vibrant energy of local artisans at work. This immersive walk offers a glimpse into the daily life of Marrakech’s residents.
Step into a living legend at Jemaa el-Fnaa, the heart of Marrakech’s cultural scene. By day, it buzzes with snake charmers, musicians, henna artists, and street performers. By night, it transforms into a magical open-air theatre filled with the aromas of sizzling street food. Learn about the square’s fascinating history—from medieval chronicles to its role as a hub of public life since the 12th century.

Yassir was amazing! I booked a private tour with him and realized shortly after booking, I scheduled it for a day earlier. I was able to messsage him on WhatsApp and he worked with me to do the tour on the correct day! It was just me and Yassir on the tour and I booked it because I wanted to see as much as I could in the short period of time I was there. Secondly, being a private tour I was hoping Yassir could work with me in my time period I had from 9am to 11:50am. Yassir did not disappoint, we met promptly at 9am went all over the place! We walk through Koutoubia, Cyber Parc, Secret Gardens, Souks, Jemaa El-Fnaa, etc. I told him wanted to get to my hotel by noon and didn't want to be on the opposite side of town when the tour ended. He made sure I was literally 2 minutes away with all said and done! In my short time in Marrakesh, this 1000% the way to see the city! I would highly recommend anyone booking the tour with Yassir! I quickly saw a differenty side of Marrakesh that I would have never seen on my own if it wasn't for Yassir! Near the end of the tour, I surprised him by saying I wanted to buy something to take home to my wife and we ended up seeing a carpet shop in town! He help negotiate a price, explained how he knew this was authentic and not something made in China! While we we're walking through the back steets, he also chatted with a guy who was in the back of a local Hammam and got me to go behind the scenes to see the process of heating the water! The experience Yassir provided was incredible and I was so happy to book with him and would 1000% recommend anyone scheduling a guided tour with Yassir!
Yassir is a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend Yassir. Will be heading back in the near future with Yassir as our guide again.
We had the best time in Morocco. Yessir was hands down the best tour guide we have ever had. Fun, passionate and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
We had the best day exploring Marrakech with Yasser guiding and protecting us the whole day, he is so professional and knowledgeable in his work, giving us all the wisdom of Morocco whilst also having a laugh with us. He kept us safe whilst showing us everything we wanted to see within the medina, the beautiful Ben youssef madrasa, secret garden, the cobras 😂 We had the best experience of Morocco, we had the absolute best time with Yesser and we cannot wait to come back! Shukran! Yala yala Amy & Martina x
Yassir is a wonderful tour guide, as we were two female tourists we felt more comfortable booking a tour of the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. We also did the secret garden and Madrasa Ben Youssef. We are so happy we did not only did we feel extremely safe but learnt so much and had a lot of fun! Highly recommend if you need a guide in Marrakesh! :)
It is never too late to say thank you! 2024 I did the Royal Cities of Morocco tour as a guide for a Finnish group. The local representatives were Yassir and his cousin. They were great! Helpful, friendly and joyful. And most of all - professionals at all times. When I return to Morocco I wish I can continue to work with them. I would confidently entrust all my groups to their care. We just had a guided tour today. I was worried at first because our Guide was a bit late and thought that no one will pick us from pur riad. But he made up for it. Imad was really good at explaining the history of Marrakech, not only that be he was our official photographer for the day. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to visit Morocco. In addition, when I booked this activity Yasser contacted me right away and arranged the pick up and the Guide for us.
Review of the Travel Agency We recently went on an unforgettable trip organized by this travel agency, and we can't recommend them highly enough. Right from the start, it was clear that everything was perfectly organized, and their approach to clients was truly professional and friendly. One of the biggest highlights was how well they adapted the itinerary to our needs—whether it was taking into account children, different fitness levels, or personal preferences. They even came up with a great plan for a free day on short notice, which really showed their deep knowledge of the destination and their flexibility. Punctuality and reliability were a given. The guides always kept to the schedule and were ready with interesting information and helpful tips. The insights they shared were among the best parts of the trip—not just engaging historical background, but also a look into everyday life in the area, which helped us connect with the place in a much more meaningful way. We also really appreciated their recommendations for city walks that took us off the beaten path and let us discover some of the more hidden, authentic parts of the destination. On top of that, the accommodation they arranged was excellent—comfortable, in a great location, and with great service. All in all, we were absolutely satisfied and will definitely turn to
Yassir showed us the soul of Morocco combining the past and present through their amazing architecture, wonderful cuisine, strong faith and happy people. We fully grasped this by staying in a Riad and visiting their Mosque, trying as many local food (couscous, tagine, camel milk…) and being with locals (sharing their joys in the medina/square, bargaining in souks, seeing them pray…). We enjoyed our hot air balloon experience watching the sun rise over their majestic mountains, strolled along their beautiful gardens and watched sunsets facing the Atlantic Ocean. It was an unforgettable family vacation and we are indeed grateful and will forever treasure the colors ochre, white, green, red and blue!
Marrakech is a vibrant, energetic, and exciting city, and Yassir is a vibrant, energetic, and exciting guide! He will explain everything and provide you with opportunities to meet the people and experience the history of this magical city. Don't miss this tour!
