Description
Jornalista Mario Filho Stadium, better known as Maracanã was built for the 1950 World Cup, being the scene of the defeat of the Brazilian National Team to Uruguay. It was once recognized as the largest stadium in the world and when it was completely renovated for the 2014 World Cup, its capacity was reduced but ir remains the country´s biggest football ground. Visitors will go behind the scenes of the stadium, getting to know the Tribune Press, the locker room, the Tribune of Honour, cabins and the Museum that has a collection of relics of the stars that made the history of the temple in world football.
