Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Departure including your Manuel Antonio, Quepos hotel and destination Transfer at SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría or hotels nearby. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your airport shuttle services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. When departing, we will arrive to your pickup hotel or rented property at least 15 mins before your trip start time. Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type. Our airport transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private airport transfer shuttle trip at no cost for you. International flights departing always require to be at the SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría at least 3 hours before the flight departure time for check-in registration please, estimate your flight departure time plus the time of this trip to meet this requirement on time. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

We had a very smooth and enjoyable experience having Francisco as our driver! Not only was he incredibly conscientious - always on time and great about communicating with us over whatsapp - he was also so knowledgeable about Costa Rica and great to talk to! We ended up having him as our driver 3 times during our stay in Costa Rica and he was incredibly professional and kind every time. On our way to Manuel Antonio from San Jose, he offered to stop whenever we needed but also suggested stops along the way - we loved seeing the butterfly farm and the view of crocodile bridge, even if the crocs were away due to construction on the bridge. I highly recommend hiring Francisco as you driver!

We had a safe and comfortable ride with Fransisco. He listened and took us to another stop to avoid the Crocodile bridge which we had a terrible experience with earlier in our trip. If you have the opportunity go to El Jardín for your rest stop.

We did 2 different private transfers with Costa Rica Destiny Tours (Francisco Garcia). On both occasions he was prompt, courteous, & accommodating. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, & well maintained. Both our transfers were fairly long & Francisco allowed for rest stops & never rushed us.
