Exciting tour with a different sight of New York City especially in Brooklyn, even been longer because we had a fantastic time our guide let us not feel the rain! Thank you!
Thank you so much! We usually try to rebook on rainy day so we are glad that you enjoyed...
We had a lovely afternoon with Jeff. He tailored the tour to suit our needs as we had been to NYC a number of times. The bikes were great and Helmuts also in good condition. He also has a great knowledge of Brooklyn. We went longer than originally planned which we enjoyed but others should be aware it was about 18km so a moderate level of fitness is recommended.
This was canceled by the tour operator on the day before the tour and I have not received any refund as of today how disappointed, this was supposed to be a trip with my daughter and son family bonding
Thank you for the one star review for a tour that you did not do... this tour was booked on a day that was below freezing temperatures and high winds. You may want to consider this when relaying this to our future guests. We enjoy cycling around Brooklyn, however, at the risk of our guides health, we do not go out.
It was a beautiful tour of Brooklyn. Quinn was our guide and showed us very nice corners of this part of New York that you certainly don't necessarily visit or see as a tourist. He also shared many interesting facts from the history of Brooklyn. The tour is highly recommended. Thanks again to Quinn.
Amazing bike trip! The views were amazing and our guide, Daniel, was was very knowledgeable about the area and very experienced in urban biking. I highly recommend taking this bike tour to acquaint yourself with the Manhattan/Brooklyn.
Very upsetting experience, staff was rude and not welcoming at all. Was not able to make it to the tour due to a faulty address link which made us late.
We made every effort to get you to our location and even held a guide back just to do a private tour with you. We are also listed on Google Maps. we waited over an hour and you still did not show up. Your review does not reflect the tour. you did not do the tour. shame on you for a bad review.
We had a wonderful bike tour across the two bridges. We have been to NYC 3 times prior and have never had a chance to venture out to Brooklyn. This tour caught my eye to see Brooklyn. We ended up biking over 9 miles seeing a lot of beautiful scenery along the way. Our guide Pio was very patient and we went at our own pace especially since I was very slow going uphill on those inclines across the bridges. Thank you Pio for an awesome tour. The photo you took of us at the famous Brooklyn spot is definitely going to make it on this year’s Christmas card!
Finally offers to see the less effervescent corners of New York in a vital way, nice tour, just 2 hours, about 65 dollars each, very fun. Meeting point in Brooklyn a little uncomfortable, far from the Subway stations.
Frank was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. The 15 km tour was very nice and provided some great photography opportunities.
Frank was amazing, definitely knows his stuff. The pizza place we stopped at was delicious. He also give us a nice recommendation for a place to get drinks afterwards.
Thank you for the review. See you next year for the next B-day.....
