- You will be picked up directly from your accommodation provided that the road is accessible; if not, you will be picked up from a close meeting point to your accommodation. Drop-off at your accommodation at the end of your day is also included.
- Select your preferred pick-up time and service duration when booking.
- No shows are not refundable. The driver will wait at the agreed meeting point for a maximum of one hour after the scheduled pick-up time. If after one hour no one shows up, the customer/s will be deemed automatically as no shows.
