Our guide was not at the location on the ticket. I checked what’s app, when he was 15 minutes late and called him. He acted like I was at the wrong place. He was not wearing a tour guide badge so I never could have identified him. He was on a personal phone call on speakerphone for the first 15 minutes we were together. I told him it was distracting but he did not hang up. He did not know any history, just told us what was old and what was new. There was no itinerary, just wandered. He tried to show us the train station but we had to tell him twice we had just taken the train from Copenhagen to Malmo. His accent was difficult to understand also. After one hour he told us there was nothing left to show us and said goodbye. We were fine to leave because it was uncomfortable. However, I paid for 2 hours. When I requested a refund the local company responded that the guide said we were happy. He also said we showed up with 3 people instead of 2. I have my receipt, I paid for 3 people. This is the first time Viator has let me down.
