Very good experience with Ramon. It has been adapted to the temperature. Very receptive. We had a great time.
Heaven Mallorca changed the tour meeting point location at the last minute and no longer provided shuttle pickup from the port. Since I was attending this tour from a cruise ship, I was unable to connect with the tour on time. I called their office and spoke with a very unhelpful person regarding how best to get to their new meeting point on-time. Thus, I could not participate in the speedboat tour.
Very professional operation! Sadly had to cancel, but they made sure to help me get a full refund. Hope to use them again in the future!
