Our expert guides will start with a safety briefing and tutorial on using your goggles, snorkel, fins, and sea scooter. You'll be fitted with top-tier gear and given helpful tips to ensure you're comfortable and ready for your sea scooter snorkeling adventure. Then, we’ll head to the shallow waters of Mala Wharf, where our instructor provides hands-on guidance with the scooters. Together, we’ll glide to vibrant coral gardens and turtle cleaning stations, learning about local culture and marine life along the way. As we explore, guides point out amazing creatures like sea urchins, octopuses, manta rays, pufferfish, black surgeonfish, starfish, and more. You’ll effortlessly cruise through this underwater world. Throughout the journey, your guide shares fascinating ocean facts and stories. As the tour wraps up, we return to the parking lot, where you can rinse off, use restrooms, and relax on the beach. Our family of four (including two teens) had the best time with Seth today. He made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable experience. He was conscientious, knowledgeable, and left us with incredible photos and videos. You’ve not really snorkeled until you’ve used the sea scooters — it’s next level!
Seth was a great guide. Pointed out lots of cool things like little sharks, eels, star fish and lots of turtles. Would highly recommend.
I have snorkeled before in Maui but this was the first time I snorkeled with a jet scooter. My son (14 years old) had enjoyed it with a similar scooter in Mexico and asked if we could do it again. My husband also joined in and my 12 year old daughter. We snorkeled just off of the Mala Wharf in Lahaina and saw amazing sea life. There were the usual multi-colored fish, but we also saw several turtles, spotted ray, and a shark (both one swimming by down low and a few sleeping). Seth was our guide and he did a fantastic job. He had a wealth of knowledge about the area and the snorkeling area history. He also took amazing photos with his dive camera that will be cherished for years to come.
Our tour guide Seth was awesome. Great knowledge of the area and fun personality to be around. Seen a lot of underwater life. Turtles, eels, Tropical fish, etc. I wouldn’t go snorkeling again without the sea scooter.
