Jardin Marjorelle and YSL museum

One day in advance we received a message via Tripadvisor. The Berber Museum was temporarily closed. It was suggested to give extra time for shopping. We didn't go into that. There has been no further compensation for this admission ticket. Communication with the driver was smooth. Appointments for pickup were correct. There was no water in the bus, while this was in the description. Jardin Majorelle was very nice and worth visiting. The YSL museum was previously limited. You'll get through pretty quickly.

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Majorelle Garden and that our driver was punctual and easy to communicate with. We sincerely apologize for the temporary closure of the Berber Museum. Unfortunately, this unexpected closure was announced to us at the last minute by the museum management, and we informed all our guests as soon as we were notified. We offered additional shopping time as an alternative, but we understand that this did not meet your expectations. Regarding the museum ticket, we are sorry for any disappointment caused. We also appreciate you bringing the issue of the bottled water to our attention. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will follow up with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Morocco and provide you with an even better experience

A little underwhelmed

A little bit underwhelmed on the whole. Quality of the garden was good but without the YSL attachment I would consider the admission fee to be excessive. I expected a few acres of greenery. The Berber Museum was interesting but far too dark to fully comprehend. I know it's dark to prevent deterioration of exhibits but there's a happy medium /visitors enjoyment. YSL Museum was exceptionally well laid out and would probably appeal more to fashion students interested in his development.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your overall experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. We understand your comments regarding the garden size and admission value, as well as the lighting in the Berber Museum, and we truly appreciate you highlighting these points. That said, we’re glad to hear you found the garden enjoyable and that the YSL Museum stood out with its layout and presentation. Your feedback is very valuable and helps improve the experience for future visitors. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying experience next time.
