Bad Experience

This tour was far from acceptable, completely ruined by a greedy driver who seemed to own the operation. We hadn't even been in the car for a minute before he began aggressively pitching his services, boasting about airport pickups, and demanding we promote his business. His relentless focus on making money set a terrible tone for the entire day.To make matters worse, the physical conditions inside the vehicle were miserable. The car stayed constantly hot because the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the extreme outdoor heat. Adding to the discomfort, the driver acted incredibly unprofessionally by making multiple loud calls on his phone. When he wasn’t on a call, he and the guide spoke continuously in their native language right in front of us, leaving us feeling completely excluded and uncomfortable. While our guide was actually decent—and someone I would gladly tour with again—the driver refused to let him do his job. He constantly spoke over the guide and interrupted him, pretending to know exactly what to say and ruining the educational experience. The itinerary itself didn't match what was advertised. While things began well in Amer, the plan quickly shifted to include unadvertised business stops designed to force us into buying things we didn't want. They gave the usual "no pressure to buy" excuse, but the high-pressure environment was incredibly uncomfortable. It got so bad that I had to pull up the original itinerary on my phone just to verify we were on the correct tour.Adding insult to injury was the bogus "water provided" amenity. We were handed a single, tiny 250ml bottle at 9:00 AM in a boiling hot car, and that was it for the entire day. To top it all off, the driver had the nerve to ask, "Did you like my tour?" at the end of the trip. I stayed completely silent because my real thoughts would have been deeply upsetting. Do yourself a favor and run away from this tour company.

Magnificent Day in Jaypur with Rafiq

My elderly mother and I visited Jaypur over the weekend. I did quite a bit of research among many Jaypur day trips and selected this tour. The tour was great. We are very pleased. Rafiq took us to all key sights, selected great restaurant for lunch, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in horrendous traffic to make sure we got the best picture!!! I highly recommend this tour and Rafiq. He has decades of experience and knows exactly where we need to be and at what time to avoid traffic, crowds or get the best light for the perfect picture.

Majestic Scamming Jaipur

The Jaipur tour wa horrible. I could have done this with my hotel, ITC wich is geat. At first the guy mixed up my name with another person. They make me pay for the tickets to the palace which was included in the package. When I told them, they said that they didn't have any money to pay for it. They came in with the worst car. I requested a change of the driver who was constantly on his phone and a different car. They did. But, i missed a lot in the transition. I was rushed and I didn't get to visit the Amber fort at Arawalli Hills with the elephant which is the best of the attractions.. They took me to the worst restaurant for lunch too. I asked for a familiar hotel restaurant and hey refused.. Later, I got sick from the food..

Best tour in Jaipur

I had an excellent experience with Aman as a guide and Rafiq as the driver. Both were very attentive throughout the tour. Rafiq contacted me since I made the reservation to confirm it. They were very flexible with me and gave me the opportunity to choose places. Aman speaks very good Spanish and has a good facility to explain things. He always answered all my doubts and gave me time to take pictures. They gave me enough place in every place, so I never felt rushed. Besides, they were always checking that I didn't need anything. I had a great experience with both, they made my experience in Jaipur even better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Jaipur Experience with Rafiq – Highly Recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Jaipur Experience with Rafiq – Highly Recommended! We had an incredible full-day tour in Jaipur with Rafiq, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to India. Rafiq is extremely friendly, passionate, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Throughout the day, he shared insightful stories about Jaipur while also giving us the flexibility to explore at our own pace. We visited Patrika Gate, City Palace, Amber Fort, and Nahargarh Fort, and the itinerary felt perfectly balanced without being rushed. One thing we really appreciated was how attentive and accommodating he was. He listened carefully to our additional requests and went out of his way to help us—whether it was taking us to a legit money exchange place or showing us local textile factories. These were experiences we wouldn’t have easily found on our own. He also brought us to a very affordable local restaurant with delicious food, which ended up being one of our favorite meals in Jaipur. Rafiq is humble, sincere, and incredibly welcoming. You can truly feel his kindness and pride in his city. Traveling with him felt less like a tour and more like being shown around by a local friend. We also had the chance to meet his son, and both of them were wonderful. If you’re visiting Jaipur and want a smooth, flexible, and authentic experience, I highly recommend booking this tour with Rafiq.

SALEEM, jaipurs best trusted tour guide!

SALEEM! well what can we say, what a guy! With perfect speaking English and cracking plenty of jokes, putting on the songs to sing along too making our journey truly amazing! When we arrived at Jaipur station. Salesman was there, no pushing just pure help and care, with good genuine prices. Because Saleem has lived in the area for many many years he knew how to get to everything perfectly and what times are best and the tricks of the trade too avoiding busy hours etc.. We was lu by enough to be taken to hidden gems between our destinations that only a local would be able to take you, such as the gemstone store, block printing factory, many markets etc. We have 2 children and Saleem was amazing with them absolutely amazing too! We will truly miss this guy as he is so loving caring and friendly. From your forever friends BEN RACHEL AND THE CHILDREN, uk!

A wonderful guide - 10/10 experience

We had the most wonderful time with Salim in Jaipur. He was an excellent guide - informative, friendly, helpful and took us to the main places plus lots of hidden gems. He was always early and told us so much about the history and culture of Jaipur. He took us to some amazing and trusted vendors, my partner even getting his wedding suit on our visit. We could not recommend Salim enough, if you are in Jaipur definitely be sure to spend your time with Salim to experience the best of the wonderful city.
