Michel was an absolutely fantastic guide for our walking tour of Madrid. Despite the extreme heat, he was incredibly thoughtful, consistently finding shaded spots for us to rest and ensuring everyone stayed together safely. His instructions were always clear and easy to follow, making the entire experience both informative and highly comfortable.
The instructor was very well informed about everything and even brought us glasses to watch the eclipse; we toured tourist spots with a very interesting historical context.
