CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a simple trip if you want a round trip you must book another ticket go to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and look for the “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

Loved everything about this experience from pick up to drop off The pick up: First they greet you at the airport roll your bags to your car offer cool, hand towels as your walking into the vehicle they have also to refreshments. The ride was very smooth, and you can hook up to the ox if necessary. The drop off: They arrived to the resort 20 minutes early with the same experience of the cool towel and refreshments. I would absolutely book this again.
What started as a great experience ended with my phone being held hostage for two days. The driver was friendly, on time, and the SUV was clean. Everything seemed great. The problem started when we arrived at the marina for our ferry to Isla Mujeres. About five minutes after being dropped off, I realized I had left my phone in the vehicle. The marina staff actually held the boat for nearly 20 minutes while we desperately tried to reach the driver, hoping he could turn around before the ferry departed. We called the driver multiple times and contacted the company, but received no response. Eventually, the ferry had to leave without the driver returning. After our resort contacted the company on our behalf, we were told they had my phone and could return it for a $60 fee. While frustrating, I agreed because my phone contained everything I needed for both my trip and my business. Then the story changed. We were later told it would actually cost $150, and they would not return the phone to the marina to get to me. Instead, we were told the only way to get my phone back was to use their transportation service for our return trip—something we had never planned on doing. As a result, I was without my phone for two full days and felt like I had no choice but to pay for transportation that I didn't want just to retrieve my own property. I completely understand charging a reasonable fee to return a forgotten item. What I don't understand is changing the agreed-upon amount and refusing to return the item unless additional services are purchased. The transportation itself was great. The way the lost phone situation was handled was not. As a travel agent myself, I will definitely not be recommending that my clients use this company. If you book with them PLEASE triple-check that you have all of your belongings before getting out of the vehicle. If something gets left behind, expect to be at their mercy to get it back.

WiFi, beer, perfectly clean and brand new Suburban to get from Cancun airport to playa del Carmen. They went the EXTRA mile by helping us retrieve a lost phone from immigration. They communicated before via WhatsApp which is great. We were able to get kids seats for 2 and 3 year old. Cool clothes and hand sanitizer at the SUV. Darwin was very nice.
Helping retrieve a lost phone from immigration is not part of any standard transfer service, and yet that is exactly the kind of moment that reveals what a team is truly made of. Darwin and the greeter went above and beyond in every sense of the word. WiFi, cold beer, cool towels, hand sanitizer, car seats for a 2 and 3 year old, a brand new Suburban and clear WhatsApp communication before you even landed: the private SUV transfer from Cancún Airport to Playa del Carmen had every detail covered for the whole family. Traveling with young children deserves exactly this level of preparation and care, and we are so glad the experience reflected that. Joaquin was the best driver we’ve ever had. He gave detailed history about all of the spots between Cancun and Tulum and took care of us better than we could have imagined! Ask him about his conch playing :) 20 out of 10! Highly recommended! Will be requesting from now on!

STP Caribe was excellent. From the airport they were easy to find. Our greater was very friendly and guided us to our driver. Our driver Alfredo Ramos was awesome. Very helpful and had plenty of refreshments. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

He decorated the interior with streamers and balloons and it started our trip on such a happy note :) The SUV was clean and stocked with beer and waters.
