What an amazing trip?!? Our guide, Hamza, was amazing! The sightseeing was great but his insight and kindness made the trip truly special! He was attentive to the concerns and wellbeing of my family ensuring everyone enjoyed their trip and day in Tangier!
Amazing adventure to Tangier which started with excellent comms from the tour company 48 hours before the trip. More details 24 hours before from both Tangier and Spanish team. Pickup went smoothly from Burger King across from border. 40 min ride in taxi to Tariffa, 1 hour ferry to Tangier, pickup outside ferry terminal from the wonderful, friendly and attentive Fadi, and your adventure begins; its full on from now Trip through exclusive California area, a park, moroccan breakfast, Hercules cave, camel ride, point where Atlantic meets the Med, Kazbah and walking through the town before Moroccan 3-course lunch (delicious) and then through more quaint streets and shops before returning to the ferry terminal -about 6 hours in Morrocco and then taxi back to border. A truly amazing adventure, not to be missed and special thanks to Fadi, driver and taxi driver in Spain. Well worth the money
This is one of the best tours we have ever done. Jasmine was our guide, and she was absolutely wonderful. We loved everything we saw and did, especially the Medina, and also the camel ride! (Really.) Recommend this unequivocally!
From the detailed and pragmatic instructions and directions before getting picked up in Gibraltar the whole experience was simply brilliant. We were told that we’d be the “King and Queen” for the day and we were. Our guide Hamza was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, very knowledgeable on all matters historical and contemporary, not to mention he being a bit of a rock star everywhere we went (he was greeted by fellow guides, drivers, store owners, old and young people on the street) - so we had such a good experience in Tangier we will have to come back. The food was plentiful and authentic. The camel ride on the beach delightful and the commentary very informative. Book Hamza - ask for him personally and you’ll have a memorable day in Morocco. And our driver Ahmed was equally capable of navigating us through traffic without ever seeming to rush.
Spoke with Ali five days in advance to confirm the details of the tour. Re-confirmed the night before. The day of the tour waited for 30 minutes before we started calling and texting him. An hour later he responded that he forgot to pick us up. The ferry had already left and he ruined our day. Don't have a tour company if you can't be professional and remember to pick up your guests.
Confirmed our tour with Ali five days in advance. Re-confirmed the day before with Ali. The day of the tour Ali forgot. We missed the ferry and cancelled the tour. Completely ruined our day. Do NOT recommend!
We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Communication was excellent, starting 1–2 days in advance, which made everything feel well-organized and stress-free. Foad met us right at the port with a comfortable private vehicle, making for a seamless start to the day. We also enjoyed a delicious Moroccan breakfast, which was the perfect way to energize us for the day ahead. The rest of the activities followed the itinerary smoothly, and we ended the day with a nice shopping spree. Foad made sure we were safely inside the port waiting area before departure and even sent us off with a box of cookies to go—such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for a great experience!
This experience was phenomenal. The only bad thing was there was just not enough time. We saw great things. Our guide Ali was fantastic. He gave us so much history of Tanger, he was funny and answered all of our questions. We can not say enough about this experience. We will definitely be putting Morocco on our list of places to revisit. The fact that it was a private tour was wonderful. We loved that we were the only ones getting full attention. We didn't have to worry about missing anything and not hearing what was being said. Again small group or two people I highly recommend this tour.
This was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was taken care of for us (transportation to and from the ferry, ferry tickets, etc.), which allowed us to really enjoy the trip without worry. The tour operator contacted us in advance to discuss best options for traveling with kids and provide additional details. Our tour guide was wonderful and taught us so much about the city of Tangier and Morocco, the pride he has for his country really came through. Two fantastic meals and shopping as well.
Hazim (with Abdul as the driver) did a phenomenal job! Hazim was knowledgeable and friendly, and he did everything to make sure I had a brilliant day (which I did). Highly recommend!
