Pick up guests in hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter
After picking travelers up from Hanoi old quarter, it takes 1,5 hours to depart from there to Ha Nam province to Have a short break there for 20-30 minutes. After that, 30-minute driving more to Mua cave.
Arrive at Mua cave, hiking 500 steps to the top of the Lying Dragon Mountain, enjoy stunning view and taking photos
Cycling around the rural beauties and visit old Bich Dong Pagoda
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese set-menu. (The amazingly traditional Vietnamese food set menu is included, we also serve vegetables’ one for vegetarians or vegans if our travelers request that in advance.)
Walking to the pier to experience an amazing boat trip to visit Tam Coc with Three caves: Ca cave, Hai cave and Ba cave.
Back to the restaurant to enjoy 1 welcome back drink
30-minute Drive to ancient capital city to visit Dinh king temple in about 30 minutes.

Honestly, such a wonderful experience! Our guide, Bob, was the absolute best—so great, incredibly informative, and super accommodating the whole day.We started with a beautiful hike that had the most amazing views, but the boat tour was hands-down the favorite activity for both of us. Just stunning.Lunch was also so good! The lady at the restaurant was the sweetest person ever. She gave us fresh lemon water right from her garden and even gifted us these beautiful hand-embroidered washcloths. Highly recommend this tour to anyone, it was an amazing day!

This day trip to Ninh Binh was honestly one of my favorite parts of our trip to Vietnam! Everything was so easy and well organized. The bus was super nice and comfortable, which made the drive from Hanoi really relaxing. Our guide was amazing and knew so much about the history and the area, but made it really interesting instead of feeling like a lecture. The views were unreal—the mountains, rivers, and scenery were so beautiful and definitely lived up to all the pictures. I also loved that the day had a little bit of everything. It was adventurous, fun, and there were so many cool places to see. If you're visiting Hanoi, I would 100% recommend taking this trip. It was so worth it and made some of my favorite memories from Vietnam!

If you're considering a day trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, do it—you won't regret it! This was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam.
