We waited for 25 minutes for the tour to show up at the stated starting location. I had to take my phone off airplane mode and incurred $12 in charges calling these folks. Tour was okay but we wasted part of our day. No explanation was given.
The tour guide was very nice and professional with a humor. They also provided a ride to the beach. When it rained, the manager brought us back. I’m thankful to meet good local people.
There was some ambiguity getting met up with the tour, but after that it was a good experience. Our guide (Elijah) was very knowledgeable, and a conservative driver. I would recommend adding a speaker system to the tuk-tuk (golf cart) in order for the folks in the way-back to hear better. Some type of location sharing technology in order to find the driver would be really welcome also.
While the vehicle was perfect & enjoyable the tour content was outdated and mildly interesting. In order to reflect current state of world affairs, the content should focus on key moments in the 21st century in Belize. In 2026, there is no need to reference a visit in 1950s by a non factor British monarch. Instead the tour should highlight the history of the native citizens and the influence of the African heritage in Belize. Honestly, the current content is tone deaf, Eurocentric and subtlety supports white supremacy, which is a shame.
This was so fun!!! Elijah was so knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all of our questions and was able to give some suggestions about things to do and places to eat around town. The tuk tuk ride was a fun and comfortable way to see the city quickly. They were able to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel that was listed on their drop down menu. 10/10 recommend!
Our driver was very knowledgeable and shared the history of Belize. It was a very fun, informative tour.
Ansaar is adorable and knows very well what he does. He explains things very well by having a very pleasant way of communicating. I learned a lot about Belize
I would definitely recommend this tour. Very professional and worth the time and money. Comfortable ride
The tour was upgraded when we were only two people. The guide knew a lot about the city and the history of the country. We got to take pictures of what we wanted, no problem stopping tuk-tuk, and we used the time as we wanted.
Book with Elijah! Very fun and great way to get introduced to Belize! Elijah, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He answered all of the questions and was so kind to help take pictures. I highly recommend doing this excursion on your first day to see the city and learn about the city.
