We are sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the overbooking situation was communicated immediately after it was identified, and not intentionally hidden at any stage. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we did everything possible and acted as quickly as we could to provide solutions for the client. Several alternative dates were offered, as well as the option of a full cancellation with a total refund. We also provided the possibility of a similar catamaran, which was ultimately accepted by the client. In addition, complimentary catering service was offered as a gesture of goodwill. For this reason, we are particularly saddened by comments such as “false advertisement” and “management are not trustworthy,” as they do not reflect the reality of the situation. The originally booked catamaran does exist and was even seen by the client themselves. Furthermore, the alternative solution presented was accepted by the client, which makes these comments especially difficult to understand. We appreciate your kind words regarding our crew and are very proud that their professionalism and service made a positive impression. Unfortunately, unforeseen operational situations such as overbookings can occasionally occur in the tourism industry, and we always do our best to respond transparently, professionally, and in the best interest of our clients.
