- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
- In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
- For safety reasons, due to bad weather or a water level that is too high in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Please note that purchases over 300€ made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.
- Please be informed that in case of any road closures, the route may be reversed in the summer period.
- Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

A very interesting tour that shows you so much of Lake Como and the surrounding areas. The guide, Andre, was terrific. He is such a natural. He is incriminate, energetic, and funny. All the things you want from a tour guide. The value for money was great. You see so much in the amount of time. Andre makes the atmosphere and the vibe so interesting and fun. There was only 12 of us, so it was perfect. It was a great group. It’s best for families or couples, but it’s good for people on their own as well.

Places visited where great, wish we had more time to see more in Lugano and Bellagio and wasted less time on ferry back which took way too long.

Terrible tour and was not as described when booked. Taking a group on public ferries was not expected. The description sounded like a smaller boat. Didn’t too much time in Lugano. Guide was not that good. Very disappointing.

Public Ferry and Boat Description: Our tour description explicitly and clearly states that the cruise is operated via a public ferry/boat. Nowhere in our documentation do we mention a "small" or private boat. The size of the vessel was unfortunately an assumption made on your part, as we are entirely transparent about the use of the public ferry system to navigate the lake efficiently. Itinerary and Time in Lugano: The schedule and time allocated for Lugano were respected down to the minute, precisely as outlined in the itinerary. We are truly sorry you did not fully enjoy the experience, as this unique cruise offers an unparalleled view of the entirety of Lake Como, allowing guests to admire world-famous historic villas and stunning botanical parks directly from the water.
