Rayza the guide was excellent, and fully explained the experience and what was happening. I would highly recommend her. The tickets were disappointing . They were in the balcony, the very cheapest tickets which obviously been purchased by them from Ticketmaster, I checked the prices!! The information did say they could be in the balcony, but they were quite a long way back. It was a bit annoying as we had to wait for another person to bring the tickets so we missed the first match, which although it was explained was not the most important was a little annoying. I would recommend that you get better tickets than the balcony to get a full experience. Otherwise, certainly would recommend doing this in Mexico.
Very good traditional tacos tasted before the show. We were able to discover the basics of lucha libre, understand and participate in this family event on Sunday. Our guide was attentive, available and gave us useful information.
Did not approve this booking as the last moment the company said they didn’t have tickets and asked for changing the dates. We could not change the tickets then they said they can get us new tickets but had to pay extra cash for it. I agreed to that as didn’t want to miss the experience. But then got to know I could not pay via Viator and had to pay extra cash. We did end up doing the tour but did not approve the company providing tickets.
Hello, actually the free cancelation was offered to you, you didnt accepted, we offered a solution and you accepted, and everything was explained to you clearly to avoid any confusion. So please stop the lying.
