I had a 4:00am flight from Dubai to Maldives, hotel check out at 12:00pm so of course I wanted to enjoy the rest of the day and wasn’t sure what to do with my bags, I was so impressed with this service. They were at my hotel to pick up my bags 10 minutes before the actual time, super helpful because my zipper broke :( ) any issue they were willing to solve it with no hesitation.
