What a great experience my sister and I had in Lourdes today! Joseph, our guide, proactively reached out last night to confirm our tour. While we were talking g, he asked if I knew there was a mass in English at 9:30 in the morning. He offered to wait a bit past our meeting time so we could attend!!!! What a blessing it was and he was there waiting when we got down to the meeting spot. Joseph was SO knowledgeable and enthusiastic with not only Bernadette, but the history of the city, and just amazing facts about everything as he also does tours of Lourdes. We ended in The Hall - an extraordinary “food court” where we had delicious charcuterie and cheeses and a delicious glass of wine. Joseph was so delightful and a true example of the perfect local tour guide! Ask for him if you can.
My wife and I had a communication error from the company, but our guide Joseph was wonderful and patient, making sure we didn’t miss out on anything! He was extremely knowledgeable about the life of Bernadette and was a great guide during our journey! We both highly recommend this tour! And lastly, the wine, cheese, and charcuterie was fantastic!
