This shared shuttle service is available only for select hotels in the Los Cabos area. If your hotel is not listed in the dropdown, it may fall outside the shuttle service zone—try typing your hotel name into the search bar to check availability. If unavailable, we recommend booking a private transfer instead. Note: Shuttle service is not available for hotels in the Diamante Zone (e.g., Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel, Rancho Grand Solmar). These are only accessible via private transportation. Roundtrip Confirmation: Your booking includes both your arrival transfer (airport to hotel) and your departure transfer (hotel to airport). Pickup Times: Exact pickup times are based on your flight details. You will receive your confirmed schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Pick up from the hotel seemed unorganized and took a long time to get a shuttle. Then the driver took the strangest, longest route to get to our resort- I have been to this same resort 5 times and generally it takes 45minutes to an hour and this time we were in the shuttle for over 2 hours. Pick from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Prompt and quick service.
Met Emilio at the #6 stop and he coordinated everything. The best experience for my first time in cabo. The price was also reasonable and the driver was really nice.

It’s was absolutely horrible, upon checking in we had to wait about half an hour in a burning hot temperature outside for the Van. Then we were told the driver is here and took us a little further. Once we got there the driver took of without even checking with the hosts and passengers. Someone from our group literally running behind the car yelling to stop, finally he saw the passenger and came back to pick us. Then he dropped us last which took over an hour and the car air conditioning was not running great. I had booked a private shatter not shared. I have never had this experience and they didn’t even have a simple bottle of water to offer. This was absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had with a shatter company. Absolutely disgusting experience and I should be getting some of my money back because for a shared shatter to charge 180 Us dollars is absolutely unacceptable and it’s a ripoff. I am so disappointed and this is the last time I will be traveling with this company or even recommending you guys to someone. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Foremost, the cost is way cheaper than other options though I have to admit I was initially skeptical from the reviews about the transfers from hotel to airport. But my concerns were unduly :) Communication was clear before both transfers, and the drivers arrived on time. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and air-conditioned, making both journeys (transfers) very pleasant. As a solo traveller, I especially appreciated how reliable and hassle-free everything was. It allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation instead of worrying about transportation. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, more than a half-hour delay for the transfer, we asked the advisors and when asking for their names they do not give them, claiming it is their personal information, a certain Roberto never provided a solution and we continued with the delay It is the worst, hire any other service
