We were unable to get our tickets that I purchased on Viator. There was no kiosk or location that anyone could direct us to, so I had to buy two more tickets.
I received a voucher instead of a ticket and NO ONE at LACMA knew how to redeem the voucher. So I ended up purchasing another ticket at the entrance. When I downloaded the audio tour it was in ITALIAN with no place on the app to change the language to English. I called Viator/WeGoTour, but they couldn’t reach the tour operator. This morning I received an email letting me know that “unfortunately” they would not refund my money. You not only wasted my time and money, but you soured an otherwise lovely time at LACMA
