In case of any delays or changes, please notify us in advance so we can adjust the pickup time accordingly. Without communication or confirmation from you, we cannot independently reschedule or modify the pickup time. Any waiting time beyond the included 1 hour will be charged additionally. We were really disappointed in this tour as the driver did not even speak or understand English very well. It may not be a 'tour' as such and just a driver taking you around but we at least expected him to speak and understand English so he could answer some questions we may have about LA. We were really disappointed.

It is a very ry reliable service. Reservation are easy to make. The car was on time. The driver was very polite , comminicativre and carrying. The car was very clean that is very important for me. Driver was knowledgeable of area and kept me informed as we proceeded to my destination. Definitely will order again.
