Longji Rice Terrace -- Day Trip
Description
Visiting Longsheng rice terrace in Guilin will need one day, its located in north of Guilin, people in rice terrace are minority Zhuang and Yao(long hair lady), they live in traditional wood en struture house and speak their own dialect and farming by hands. During the tour, your guide will explain their life style, and how they make the rice and history of rice terrace. Meeting time: guide will meet you around 8:30- 9:00 am(or upon communication), it needs 3h drive to rice terrace, on the way you will see the interact with the Zhuang and Yao people( long hair ladies) and local architecture in Pingan Lonsheng and learn about their traditions. Guide will trek with you up to the famous Longji Rice Terraces view point frm the village and admire the panoramic view. The terraces resemble great chains of ribbons as they wind from the foot of the hill to the top. It’s one of China’s most scenic natural sights!
