My ride was clearly marked with my name spelled correctly while waiting at the terminal entrance for me. My driver, Daniel, conversed with me in a friendly cordial manner keeping my mind at ease while he drove and manoeuvred the busy London city traffic all the while getting me to my hotel destination safely.
This was a last minute booking for my son - arriving in London after the very long trek from Australia. There was a slight mix up and double booking for the transfer. This was communicated really well between Viacom, Mum in Aus and son in London. It was resolved within minutes and my son has asked me to give a 5 star review for the driver that was arranged for him.
Very easy from booking to drop off. Just give them flight details and number and they will be there ready and waiting. Our driver was friendly, easy to locate. Really not much to say about the experience which is exactly how one wants it to be. Uneventful in the best way and easier than lugging suitcases across town on the tube.
Was very good service. After long haul flight there was nothing better than being met and have someone drive you to your hotel. Driver was very personable and was very safe when driving. It took well over 1.5 hrs to get to our accomodation from Heathrow due to peak hour conditions but great to have someone else to drive for you. Other advantage is you know price up front as well as being met inside the airport so don't have to try and work out uber pick up points or where taxi ranks are . Would definitely use again
Driver was there upon our arrival, van was clean and spacious, no issues with 1 hour ride into Westminster.

Great driver through the traffic and streets. Nice man. A little mixup in pickup instructions as Boots no longer there. We also had a two hour delay due to weather leaving but we were expecting to meet the driver without calling contact center
