Pickup Locations & Times
When booking a cruise transfer, please ensure the ship name, pickup time, and full pickup and drop-off addresses are provided. If the pickup is from London Gatwick Airport, please also include your flight number. Additionally, include a WhatsApp contact number in the booking notes, if available. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight arrival. However, we recommend setting your pickup time for 60 minutes after landing, and you’ll receive an additional 35 minutes of free waiting time from us.
