The Komodo tour itself was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Seeing the Komodo dragons, snorkeling with incredible marine life, visiting Pink Beach, and taking in the stunning scenery throughout the islands made this an unforgettable trip. The crew worked hard, and the destinations exceeded my expectations. My only major concern was that the listing was misleading regarding the sleeping arrangements. The description mentioned a “shared cabin,” which I interpreted as sharing a room with a small number of travelers. In reality, the shared cabin consisted of a large communal sleeping area with up to 20 people sleeping together on foam mattresses. Travelers should be aware that this is more of a dormitory-style setup than a traditional shared cabin. Despite the accommodation surprise, the overall experience and destinations were incredible. I would recommend the tour for the adventure and scenery, but I strongly encourage the operator to provide clearer information about what “shared cabin” actually means so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
