Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation and our Driver will meet you at the arrivals area where they will escort you to your vehicle. You will be then be driven to your destination. You can also book for your return trip back to Lombok Airport as well as we operate in both directions.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
- You must advise at the time of booking if you will be carrying any additional or oversize luggage items such as wheelchair, stroller, surfboards, & golf clubs.
- Extra charges will apply and must be paid locally.
- Price is per person, maximum 4 adults based on 1 vehicle.
- Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, we advise you to call or Whatsapp the Local transport representative if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).

Horrible experience. After traveling from the US, taking 3 flights and taking 2 days and arriving there was no driver. I called on what’s app, sent text messages, and contacted via Viator no response. When you exit the airport, the drivers are hounding you, following you, even with I say no I don’t need a driver they continued to stand there and harass me. I booked ahead to avoid this issue and still needed up finding a plan b. I would never book or recommend them. Literally I was in the hotel room, hours later when they finally contacted me saying they had car trouble. They asked if I was still at the airport. Of course I already found another driver

Driver was on time to meet us. Vehicle was comfortable (4 people plus luggage fit with no problem). Driver was friendly!
