This wonderful adventure starts in the bays of Huatulco and we head to the town of San Miguel del Puerto, a community located in the mountains with hidden crystalline pools of shallow water and a beautiful waterfall. Enjoy a walking tour through the paths of the forest, while you admire the astonishing landscape in which you are, perfect scenery for taking beautiful pictures. Itinerary
From Huatulco, you will make a 1 hr 45 minute trip to our first stop, Llano Grande, a community in the southern part of the Oaxaca mountain range where there are crystal clear pools of water and beautiful waterfalls. Connect with nature and feel surrounded by it as we enter the town. Enjoy a taste of organic chocolate, different types of Mezcal and traditional medicine. Begin a 15-minute walk along the trail by the river. You will not be able to miss a good picture. You will find several pools of crystal clear water where you can refresh yourself. Experience a clay therapy applied by the natives of the place. You will return to the farm to taste a delicious Oaxacan meal and once you are ready, you will learn about the elaboration of organic coffee and visit a traditional medicine herbalist. You will be able to do some shopping before returning to Huatulco.

Victor was a wonderful guide and made this experience even more special. He was passionate about the beauty of the site and knowledgeable about the nature surrounding it. He took the time to explain to us the different plants and fruits we came across. Lunch was very good too, authentic and delicious! Needless to say the waterfalls are the gem of the tour. They're simply amazing.

We had a wonderful guide, Edgar, who provided lots of information about the culture and history of the villages we passed through. We had a great time swimming and hanging out in effervescent crystal waterfalls and dined on authentic Oaxacan food. Stopping at an indigenous shop selling natural remedies was a high point and we purchased a number of items as they are difficult to find elsewhere. We highly recommend this Coffee and Waterfall tour and Edgar is a treasure!
