Beautifully preserved vintage rail cars from the 1930’s and 1940’s. The staff is very friendly and explains the building of the railroad as well as the history of the rail cars. Dinner was superb and the setting is gorgeous. A trip to Victoria falls where you can exit the train and take photos. Delicious drinks, great food, wonderful ambiance and delightful staff.
Absolutely fabulous evening! The train is exactly as I had imagined and the staff were great. The food was delicious and I felt like I was transported to a bygone era. The only thing I would change is to have the option of two wine varietals for both red and white as opposed to one white and one red. The team sang happy birthday and surprised my companion with a delicious birthday cake. I would definitely recommend the train to anyone looking to dress up and catch a stunning sunset whilst feeling like royalty.
A beautiful sunset rail ride with cocktails and a wonderful dinner. The train is meticulously restored and the history of the railway told by a great guide. This is a truly unique dining experience.
Sunset ride on the historic railroad Rhodesia Railways. Carriages dating back to 1937 have been meticulously restored .. the dining carriage is magnificent. Five course dinner was excellent Prior to dinner, we stopped to watch a beautiful sunset over Victoria Falls at the Zim-Zam border.
