Pickup Locations & Times
Hotel pickup is available from Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls town (Zimbabwe). Pickup times vary and will be confirmed the day before the activity. Please be ready at your hotel reception 10–15 minutes prior to pickup. A valid passport is required, and travelers are responsible for obtaining the correct visa. Drop-off is at the original pickup location unless otherwise arranged.

everything was well organized. the staff are really friendly. they help you with the border crossings on both sides. the driver, David even gave us some tips for our self tour around livingstone. Just a FYI the hike down had rocks and the hike up had steps but both require proper shoes and a good level of fitness for e.g. strength training but this is not a reflection on HSM. this is nature and cannot be helped for. We did the quarter day rafting so we hiked up before the others but with a crew member, Moses, even though we were only 2 people. He was really patient with me as I was struggling with the hike up. the captain, James is so knowledgeable and confident in what he does that I felt safe through all the rapids. It was an incredible experience and feeling safe made it enjoyable. wish I had booked a full day but there's always next time and I'll definitely book with them again 😃

We did the whitewater rafting followed by the rhino walk. What an amazing day. The staff led by James were fantastic. I am a little nervous and fell out and James had me back in the boat in seconds. My daughters like the thrills and he found a way to make these more intense. We shared a great lunch with the guys and even my fussy vegetarian daughter was happy. Outstanding!!!
