I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I hired a 4-hour tour service for my mother, it cost 220 euros. It was informed that the tour would pass through 11 tourist attractions, namely Parque Eduardo VII Marquis of Pombal Liberty avenue Church of Saint Anthony Lisbon Cathedral Sao Jorge's Castle Belém Palace Belém Pastry Factory Jerónimos Monastery Belém Tower Monument to the Discoveries They only stopped the vehicle at 3 points, the other times the car passes straight ahead and doesn't stop, not even to take a simple photo. In short, the tour is very poor for the price charged. I don't recommend it at all and it was very disappointing!! Terrible!!!!!!!!! Don't do it!!!!

Mas há uma coisa que nós ainda não fazemos, que é obrigar as pessoas a sair do carro para visitar este ou aquele ponto de passagem. De facto só paramos quando as pessoas querem tirar uma foto ou fazer uma visita. Como se comprova, não é boa ideia emitir opinião quando nem sequer foi utilizador dos nossos serviços. Cumprimentos!
We booked this trip for 9 people for a business team building activity. The shuttle cars was clean, pretty new and super comfortable. Our drivers were friendly and knowledgable. Enjoyed the tour a lot.

We (party of 4) scheduled a half-day Lisbon city tour starting from LIS airport and ending at our hotel, because our flight had an early morning arrival. My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Antonio was responsive and informative with emailing and scheduling. Luis was our excellent driver and informative, excited, and heartwarming tour guide. What a great way to start our trip in meeting such a lovely person. Luis was flexible with pickup, as our flight had a 2-hr late arrival that day. The day before we had exchanged whatsapp info, so I was able to keep him informed of our delay, as well as the long airport arrival queue delays. Luis was responsive, understanding, and was waiting for us, and went on to show us a great Lisbon half-day which was informative, relaxing, picturesque (did I mention that Luis has a passion for Photography, as well as a passion for his job?). We started our trip with Luis and was extremely satisfied, so we decided to end our trip with Luis and the full day Pena/Cascais Tour. Was a pleasure to work with this company, and we will hold dear the memories of Luis and our tours with him. Definitely recommend!
It was a complete tour with a super prepared guide. The tour was so good that we changed another to Sintra. We would like to congratulate Luis for his excellent work! We recommend this agency to everyone.
