After passing through customs and baggage claim, follow the signs directing you to the “Meeting Point” area. IDENTIFYING YOUR DRIVER A receptionist or the driver will be stationed at the Meeting Point holding signs with passenger names. Please locate the sign with your name, and they will guide you to your assigned vehicle. COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY Ensure your phone is switched on to receive any messages or calls from your driver. Lisbon Airport offers complimentary WiFi, allowing you to stay connected if needed. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please let us know!

The pick up and drop off experience was easy and very straightforward. Our driver Rui Pestana was very kind, professional and helpful. He sent us a WhatsApp message when we arrived to let us know where he would be and how we could reach him. The vehicle was very clean, had a great ambience and included water for hydration. Rui also provided commentaries on various places we passed through and also was flexible to make a pit stop on our journey to Comporta. Overall, we had a phenomenal experience with Rui and would definitely look forward to booking with TopTour again.

Arriving in Lisbon, a young woman picked me up to accompany me to the car I had booked. Luis Granha is an excellent driver, very friendly, speaking several languages. I travel with a service dog, which was not a problem for him. He stopped halfway through the trip so my dog could relax and drink some water. I recommend Luis.
