Do not use- this is a scam! After making the initial reservation received an email via Viator from this company asking for our credit card to ‘guarantee’ the reservation. I reached out to Viator and reported and received an email that the company had given their credentials to someone who then accessed their system. At that point I was uncomfortable and in hindsight sight should have cancelled. Glad I did not give them my cc! When we arrived at the meeting spot was told there would be an additional 30 euro charge as we were past the 60 min wait time. According to them the 60 min starts when the plane touches down not when you get to the gate. It take an average of 10-15 min to get from touchdown to the gate. Then the lines for passport control are at least 30 min and then you need to get your bags and find the meeting spot in a new airport. To top it she states our bags are too big to fit in her car so she needs to call another car which will cost more over the 30 euros. At this point we just left and took an uber. When you get out of the airport go to the left, lots of taxis and uber available very easily. Viator did not help get our money refunded. Of course they get a commission so they had no interest to assist. Very bad experience
Everything is in order. They contacted me and took us to the destination without any setbacks. The driver was kind.

Bad experience. I booked for large group and multiple luggage expecting a van. They gave me a small car and said either I book a second car or they cancel my reservation. I even confirmed with them the day before by text messages. I had to pay for a second car.

They may not get the transportation that they ordered and have to pay additional fees. I ordered two mini buses to fit 16 people. First, I got an email that the online price was a mistake, I have to pay an extra 170 Euro for each mini bus. Then when we got to the airport, I received 1 mini bus, 2 mini cars and then we have to pay additional 80 euro for an additional car to fit the rest of our group. I will never book Viator on line, you get penalized for having the wrong price posted on line. Then you pay additional fees to get you to your destination. It leaves you no choice, be careful when booking your transportation. Not a very good experience.

Driver left without calling us. Airport delays were massive but he just left us. Highly NOT recommended! Horrible way to treat visitors

Our flight came in late and then we had a 2 hour wait in line to clear customs, to only find out we lost our transfer to our hotel. :(
