Limousine Bus from Hanoi to Ninh Binh/Tam Coc

The driver was very punctual and the trip very pleasant, I totally recommend it and the stop along the way I found very successful

This was a good value for the distance and price, plus they picked us up, and dropped us off directly from our hotels. The seats were fairly comfortable.

The limo bus was very comfortable and the driver was great. You stop once on they way to get snacks or go to the bathroom

Unfortunately we had booked a private van for 7 direct pick up and drop off. Ended up with 12 in a very overloaded van with luggage all up the aisle and our stroller stuck underneath. We also stopped then had to change vans which didn’t make sense.

We had 2 different drivers.....one to Sapa and one to Hanoi. The driver to Sapa was very very fast and not really safe at all.....but we got there quickly 🤣🤣🤣. The driver to Hanoi was ok but he refused to drop us at our hotel as it was around the corner from another drop off so we had to walk. Not ideal but there really isn't a choice if u want to drive

Comfy air conditioned. Punctual. Great communication and service. Highly recommend to anyone travelling

Dangerous driving Very unpleasant driver refusing to sit next door Driver refused to leave us in front of our hotel when there were no accessibility problems. Wanted to leave us more than 400 meters away Did the same with other passengers Threatened to take us back to the place of departure Didn't help women get suitcase out of the trunk Broken armrests Armchairs impossible to tilt Nin Bihn daily limousine is a horror!!!!

Be clear about destination. Make sure you are on time at the pick-up point. The véhicule is very comfortable.

Expect a comfortable ride from your hotel to your next accommodation. The shuttle is spacious and clean.

You can’t cancel a booking at the last minute. We have a plane to catch and you give us no alternative. This is unacceptable and the last time I’ll book through you.
