This airport can be a very chaotic place sometimes, and this is why we recommend that our clients do not give any information to anyone who does not know their names. The driver assigned to you will have all your information, such as your first name, last name, and drop-off location. The first thing you will see after you come out of the airport are the red taxi drivers. Once you exit, please turn right and go all the way until you find a sign that says "CEDA," which is located a few meters beyond the red taxi drivers. Please remember, do not give any information to anyone. Your driver will have your information. Do not give your luggage to anyone else but the driver who knows your name and your drop-off location. These people won't steal from you, but they'll try to pressure you into paying a tip just to roll your luggage to the van. For your return, your driver will be at the door of your hotel or Airbnb at the time you would like to be picked up.

Great experience, Very responsive in the app as I was looking for him at the pick up location. driver was kind and knowledgeable about the area and gave some recommendations.
The driver showed up on time ( even a bit early) , helped load all baggage in van, friiendly and and felt safe with him and his driving.

Great communication with Stephanie before our ride, our flight time changed last minute and they were very accommodating and were able to adjust the pickup time easily. I actually scheduled transportation to Playa grande from Tamarindo for the morning, after I had done a different excursion with Anthony and on the road Costa Rica. Bianco arrived early with a van large enough for our surfboard. He was very friendly and professional, and waited at the beach for us while my son surfed for a couple of hours. The transportation is clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company and Bianco.
