We are also going to do some drink and Tapa pairings. Whilst bar hopping, we'll tell you tales from Chueca's history, the origins of its LGBTQ past and present and let you into some of its hidden secrets! We even visit the first gay bar in Madrid. Do this early on your trip to Madrid becuase I will share many tips on how to work a Tapas bar, to get better value for money, some do's and don't's, and how to identify good Tapas bars, how to order, and finally the best bit... how to eat

Very fun walking the gay district and learning about the history of the LBGTQ+ community in Madrid. Our guide was very informative and friendly. Recommend this tour!
Paul, Ian, and Juan are such wonderful guides! Truly had the best time with them and would book any other trips and experiences they have! So knowledgeable and kind!
Great experience. Great places to eat and drink. I think the history was also fantastic to discover .
Great to meet you and thanks for a fun evening!
We had an excellent tour with Paul and Juan - they were so funny and insightful. We got a great understanding of the neighborhood and LGBT+ history in Madrid. The food we had at the stops were also fantastic and varied. Learning how to pour Asturian cider was an absolute highlight. Finally, they gave us thoughtful tips on places to eat, drink, and visit for the rest of our visit in Madrid which was incredibly kind and helpful.
Had a great time, it was a small group which made it special. Loved it. Our host Paul was very knowledgeable and gave a good history of lgbtqi Madrid
Paul was such a great host! He gave us a good dose of history and many practical tips of navigating gay Madrid. And from a gastronomic perspective, the tapas that he took us to were delicious!
Paul’s tour was educational, insightful, and fun. He has expansive knowledge of Spain’s history, culture, and food. Paul is new to Viator, but not tours. He’s been doing this for awhile and it shows in how he strives to make sure every tour member leaves with a greater appreciation for Spain and it’s LGBTQ community.
Paul's tour is excellent. Four fantastic spots in Chueca, Madrid's LGBTQ+ district; great historical insights into the neighborhood; and nice company. You will be a pro at tapas culture by the end. I would definitely recommend it!
This was such a fun way to explore Madrid. Not only was our guide kind and handsome but he was also very knowledgeable about the Chueca district, Spanish history, Spanish customs, and hidden food gem's! He took us to the best place to find a Spanish tortilla all while charmingly laying down some facts about the neighborhood and how it came to be. If you are someone who enjoys learning about culture and good food and drinks this trip is for you!
We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Paul. He had a passion for good food and led us to several stops in the Chueca district of Madrid. The food and drinks were good, the stories were interesting and overall it was a very good night. We highly recommend this tour
