We are very shocked and disappointed about the reindeer excursion. In fact, total time on the spot it will be not even 1h and half time was around the fire. The website description is not true, we don't drive and WE doesn't have passing a reindeer driving test. We spent barely 5min on the sled (definitely not 3 kms). I have sent a mail to easy travel but no response. I very dont recommend it. We are shocked and disappointed by the reindeer excursion. In fact, the total time on site is not even 1 hour and half of the time is spent around the fire. The description on the site is misleading, we do not drive reindeer, we do not obtain a “license”. We spent barely 5 minutes on the sled (and it was certainly not equivalent to 3kms). I sent an email to easy Travel which received no response. I do not recommend at all.
Dear Vanessa, Our reindeer safari is 1 km, so we do not make 3 km safari. Maybe you have misunderstood the tour with someone else, especially with the driving test - we do not provide the services and there is no description in the tour. You had to spend time next to the fireplace since it's a part of our tour - guiding about reindeer and due to the cold weather - it was about -30 on the day of your safari, Best Regards, Elena Easy Travel Team
The ride was boring. Tour guide is on time and informative. Just try to go the reindeer farm or do the reindeer ride at Santa Claus village. Not recommended.

Just a lot of fun and discovering that reindeer are like donkey. Although we loved the experience and the guides were very cool.

Appreciate the tour guide who picked us up. He is nice to take care of us, and shared his passion with the nature and those reindeer. However, the overall experience was bad, there were only few reindeers in the farm and they were obviously reluctant to drag the people as they seemed overworked. The ride ended very fast within few minutes and there was a guy sitting in front of us, which blocked our view the whole time. The feeding experience is fairly good but more interaction would be nicer. Overall i think the tour arrangement is not very well organized.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your opinion: on some days, when the temperature is warmer than -5C, we need a guide to control the sledge. The reindeers are semi-wild animals, so we can't pet them like the huskies. The reindeers do not want to work while it's warm weather for them, but we can't cancel the safari because of the non-dangerous weather. The reindeer farm is family-owned and private, so we hoped you would appreciate the authentic place. Went on this trip a few days ago we loved it the men in charge were nothing but helpful taking photos for us the sleigh only takes 2 people and there’s only one reindeer pulling which I thought was a tad cruel as our reindeers seemed to be struggling maybe they should have 2 pulling also the ride could be longer I laid. £412-00 for / kids 2 x adults 2 ..we got to see and feed the younger reindeer and learned a lot a about the time it takes to train them also a lovely half hour or so in a wooden tippee with a discussion about the life in Lapland .. very nice experience lovely men .. also transfers included by a really nice man this trip is five star

It was really nice to meet the Reindeers and the guide was super nice and gave a lot of informations about them, the only thing is that they need to change the tittle of the excursion because you have the feeling that the safari will take long but it s only 10minutes, they play with the words that it takes 2hours but it is with the transport.

We arrived for the small group of 15 reindeer sledge ride and there were 30 people. We waited in the cold (it was minus 20) and was then told to get in a sledge. These were led around a farm perimeter which was less than a mile. Our view was of the sledge and handler in front and the wire fence to the side. Once we had done the lap around the farm we were told to get out and handed some food After feeding the reindeer we waited in the cold then told to head inside. There was very little information or care given and the woman in charge didn't care at all. We complained that this wasn't the experience we had paid for and she just didn't care. This was our Christmas day treat and it was really spoilt. I insisted on a refund and received 50% back but this was small consolation when you have travelled so far and it was once in a lifetime trip. Save your money - don't go with this company.

You were picked up with the small group up to 7 people in the car, and had the guide for your 7 pax. Since it's a shared tour, not private tour, we are not closing the reindeer farm for your group only. Also due to the mistake from our side we have provided your with the 50% refund right on the safari place. Our guide was solving everything with you, while the staff on reindeer farm was busy with guiding and ride organizing duties. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful reindeer. Short ride by sled. But very short and almost no information received. It would take 2 hours, but we were back in the hotel after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Including bus ride.

We were neatly picked up at the agreed time by a taxi bus from our apartment. We were six adults and two young children. after arrival we were taken care of and shown around an old 'village'. Nice cabins and cottages. Then we got an explanation about the reindeer that are kept there. They are beautiful animals. In three sledges with reindeer skins to sit on we made a short round trip of about 20 minutes. Short, but long enough for small children. Then we got hot berry juice by a small wood fire in a hut. They let us feed a reindeer. Then some walking around (there is also a toilet nearby). The surroundings are beautiful. The taxi bus came back after an hour and brought us home in fifteen minutes.
