Today we had a wonderful time. We ordered transportation and Victoria and Michael came ahead of time and was nothing but pleasant and very professional. Answered questions and also gave us an insight of the attractions as I am not from Nigeria but my spouse is from a different part of Nigeria. They gave us a history which I totally enjoyed. Definitely I would use their services again as long as they’re around! The conservation center was interesting! Loved the atmosphere. The longest bridge tour was totally nerve wrecking but it was fun. Maybe me personally will do it again
Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the tour
Really fun and relaxing experience, with a little bit of adventure. The canopy walk takes you high among the trees, where you are sure to see some friendly monkeys. It is a great place get out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a little while. Victoria and Michael are amazing guides that go out of their way to customize your experience and teach you everything there is to know about Lagos. Highly recommended touring with Samap travels!

Leikki conservation center is a nice quiet forest area in an otherwise busy and chaotic city, well worth a visit of you have half a day free in Lagos. You will frequently spot monkeys and you can also walk on a large canopy walk. Victoria and driver Yemi took good care of me, also helping out with a couple small errands.
Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the tour.
Originally my reservation was for the Lekki Conservation Center, only to be told while driving to the site, been driven away from your hotel, in a foreign city, that actually the option I booked is not available due to some construction work on site. This part created a fear in me and totally ruined my excitement for the day. An alternative option Makoko Village Tour was offered which I accepted based on their recommendation. Though I was not mentally prepared with the environment I was about to visit, I had to overcome my fears so I can somehow enjoy and learn something from the tour. The tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable about his environment , the canoe rider was very skilful and careful. A safe and protected atmosphere was provided during the trip, but because I was not mentally prepared I couldn’t fully enjoy the trip as I should have. Life indeed has different shades of colours, and Makoko village tours introduced me to their ways of life. If only the online system had pop up notifications to alert user’s when a tour is temporarily unavailable due to construction on site this would prevent the types of experience that I had , thank you .
Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the tour option we eventually recommended. The Lekki Conservation Center was closed for repairs for the maintainance of the canopy bridge. The expected date of opening was however postponed and this affected quite lots of tourism itineraries in lagos when you visited. The center is now fully opened again and we look forward to giving you a special treat when next you visit Nigeria. Thank you for your kind words about tour guides
It was enjoyable, adventurous. something I will do again whenever I return to Nigeria. The host did an outstanding job
Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the tour
I had such a great time here! Walking the canopy bridge was so exciting! I saw a few animals, we were so high up we had an amazing view up top. I got a chance to meet a few people during the walk and we were cheering each other on lol.
We are glad you found the tour interesting. Thanks for your review
It was indeed an exciting and thrilling adventure in the midst of the city of Lagos. We had a lot to sight and eat! Very enlightening trip!
We are glad you found the tour interesting. Thanks for your review.
We had a great time at the Lekki Conservation. It's amazing the place to be. Though I was scared at first to try the Canopy Walk but my friends encouraged me which I eventually did. It worth it. Most importantly, Samap Travels team made it comfortable for us with pick ups from the hotel, Wifi and soft drinks but my friends took Heineken cans provided. It was.a great experience for all us and wonderful guided tour. We had fun.
Hi Smilly, we are glad that you and your friends had a great time with us. Thanks for your objective review. We look forward to hosting you guys in Nigeria again.
I was billed $340 for four of us where others paid N3000/head making N12,000($16). So Trip advisor charged me $340 translating to $324 more is unacceptable so I had to pay N12,000.00($16). So I demand a refund of my payment as this is a painful experience to be outrageous bill this way. So for fairness refund my funds in full
Hi Tari, your observations are noted. However, the cost of your tour is not the same as the admission fee to tourist destinations, it is all inclusive package which indicates pick ups from airports , hotels or apartments from all parts of Lagos. There are other inclusions in your ticket. It is understandable that you said you declined pick ups for you and your family while making the bookings but Trip Advisor platform cannot automatically reduce your cost. That is why there are numbers and email address there to contact to discuss your reservations and they are always ready to help. The matter is being handled.
