Good experience, but was unable to get a refund on one ticket that I cancelled. Tried, but there was no way to talk to a live person to make it happen. Overall, Legoland was great! Friendly and helpful team members. It was very busy when we went, but there was plenty to do.
Everybody was very pleasant. My grandson had a lot of fun building legos. I wish the Legoland in New York was associated with this Legoland discovery. We would’ve brought an Annual Pass.
Very cheap and fun for the kids there is also food there. The gift shop is just a regular Lego store which is cool. The employees were really nice. My only complaint is that some parents don’t teach their kids manners and let them do what ever they want. One of the kids pushed my kid and they were cutting lines. In the free theater one kid get running right in front of the screen. The 4D theater is free. Good food at the café.
Great funny for the kids and adult, lots of activities for the whole family, we enjoy it , will recommend this to family and friends.
It was all good I saw lots of stuff and playing around having fun i will go there again and see the place again and played games
Subpar birthday event place Rude staff.... Lack of commitment to perform services Terrible policy for parent attendance and drop off and pick up! I would never recommend or book with legoland!
Our two girls, aged 8 and 6 were thoroughly engaged. We entered at 2:30pm and they were reluctant to leave at closing time, 5 pm. Highly recommended for pre-school + age kids especially if they are already familiar with Lego products. Those who are able visit frequently can benefit from the "season pass" deal.
We traveled a few hours to visit with my 12yo son who loves Legos. This place is not for 12yo's. They need to modify the age recommendation to more like up to 8yo. We paid $54 entry and spent less than 30 minutes inside. There was nothing in his age range to do. Sitting at a building station can be done at home. I was very surprised there was no Marvel area. The layout of Philadelphia was cool but as tourists we couldn't relate. I do not recommend for 12yo's.
The whole place was GREAT..We brought our 10 year old grandson and our 4 year old granddaughter. They both absolulty LOVED IT. We had 11:30 admission tickets and ended up staying around 3hours..LOTS to do and see..The grandkids LOVED the 4-D movies as well as all the other things to do..A GREAT way to spend a cold day!!Exceeded our expectations!!!
Myself and my kids came all the way from Annapolis MD and we really enjoyed our experience! We had a great time building things with Lego, enjoyed the train ride, the Ninja training and the pirate ship! Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome!
