Overall a good experience but a bit pricey and a bit lacking in detail

Overall, we were very happy with the Leeds Ghost Tour. We would say it’s a bit pricey for what it is but not unreasonable. We would have liked a bit more in depth talk about ghost stories and the history however we did get a lot of information. The guide was very friendly and chatty and obviously knew a lot.

Operator response

Hi Molly, thank you for your feedback, we’ll definitely take it on board. We advise all customers to book via our website because affiliates like Tripadvisor like to hike the prices up. We try to cover as much history, facts and ghost stories as we possibly can in an hour but there’s always room for improvement! We’re on it. All best, Daisy

A long time coming!

I've enjoyed ghost tours in other cities and lamented not having one for my home city of Leeds, and then saw this and hopes were high! And we weren't disappointed! Fun, funny, genuinely informative and - of course - spooooooky. I learnt loads and loved being the spooky, creepy vibes as well. :-)

Great fun!

Really enjoyed the ghost tour of Leeds. It was a great balance of dad jokes, ghostly tales and local history executed magically. We would highly recommend if you're looking for something a bit different in this bustling city.

Sinister Laughter

Leeds has a ghost tour ! Rejoice! Guided by the diminutive but powerful Bartholomew Catch in full "ghostly" character. Our party was led around some familiar Leeds landmarks but with added ghostly facts. Jokes and puns were warmly received as we learnt about the darker side of the city. Well paced and interesting, thank you Lord Catch.

Leeds ghost tour

From the start. He was giving out riddles to the 16 of us. A very nice goulish history of Leeds. Value for money. We walked from place to place around Leeds. Around 1hr long. We would recommend the experience. Best for everyone 😉.

Paranormal perfection

Could not recommend this enough! Lord Catch was a phenomenal guide: knowledgeable, charismatic, hilarious, and warm. I have lived in Leeds for several years and learnt new facts about even my own local pub!!! As someone who loves histories and mysteries this was the perfect experience. Loads of fun for any age, ideal duration of time, and a good mix of stories. Just want to shout out Lord Catch again: despite a minor setback when some of Leeds’ “finest” stole his hat, he remained every bit as cheerful and engaging. A true professional and a real gem. Never stop sharing your knowledge and talent with the world, Lord Catch!!!
