Come to class hungry. Chef keeps the food coming! Fantastic meal prepared to perfection. And the wine, fabulous. Great meal at twice the cost
We loved this class and it was definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Lucca and Italy in general. Our chef was very hospitable and we really enjoyed every part of the class. Be prepared to eat a lot of food as you will be preparing a large 4-course meal. Our favorite was definitely the veal dish with the porcini mushroom sauce. We learnt a lot of new tricks and prepared dishes we never thought we would be able to prepare ourselves.
