Perfect day in Seoul

Mr. Bergen was an amazing tour guide! We had a wonderful experience in Seoul and appreciate his knowledge and experience both of Korean and American culture and history. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone needing help getting the most out of their visit to Seoul. Bergen was extremely pleasant to be around and was very accommodating to our needs.

Operator response

I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed our tour a lot. I could also enjoy our tour with your family's nice cooperation and kindness during the tour. I hope to see your happy family including three kids who are very smart and cute someday later again. Thanks, Bergen Park

Wonderful Essential Seoul Tour

Wonderful short essential Seoul tour! Extremely convenient since the tour operator was very flexible and accommodating regarding our request of pick up in the airport but return to the port of Incheon instead since this was to be our Cruise embarkation day instead of a regular layover tour. Mr John Im was prompt in his pick up and was waiting patiently for us out of the customs gate of Incheon International Airport even if it was very early in the morning ( our flight arrived at 520 AM from LAS). This gave us ample time to see a lot of places in Seoul before our check in time for our cruise ( 5 PM all aboard). I believe the highlight for me was the delicious Michelin starred Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup! It was hearty and filling! Came bubbling in a traditional Korean clay pot with 1 whole spring chicken per serving! Just WOW! 😋 Will definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a quick concise but essential tour of beautiful Seoul South Korea!

Operator response

Thank you for your nice review on our layover tour even though we couldn't have enough time to see many attractions because of cruise embarkation time. I hope you to visit Korea with enough time again. Thanks, Bergen Park

Seoul in a Day

We had a whirlwind day in Seoul. Our guide Tony Kim picked us up at the Port of Incheon bright & early (7:15am) after a cruise, and showed us around Seoul before dropping us off at the airport for our evening flight home. He was able to squeeze a tremendous amount of content into the day, and his insider knowledge helped us avoid long wait times at the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Honok Village, the National Folk Museum & Jogyesa Temple. Terrific lunch, and dumplings at the Kwangjang Market. We had a great time with Tony & highly recommend this Tour.

Operator response

It is a pleasure to hear that you enjoyed our tour with Tony Kim. I hope to see you in Korea later again. Bergen Park

Amazing Tour of Seoul

This tour was amazing! Bergen, our tour guide, picked us up at the scheduled time and arranged our activities based on our liking. He also served as our photographer during the entire tour and his pictures were very good. Lunch and dinner were included and we loved the food we ate. He took us to a Michelin restaurant for lunch and we had Ginseng Chicken Soup. We had dinner at a food market in Seoul which was also very yummy. Bergen was very knowledgeable of the tourist spots of Seoul. I highly recommend you ask for Bergen to be your guide when booking this tour!!!

Not really gourmet food. ,

Guide Bergen was fantastic. 21/2 hr drive from port to palace. We quickly moved thru korean museum. Never got to fine arts museum that I remember. A lot of walking. We did not go to market for street food dinner( gourmet??) because it was after 3 when we were going and we thought if drive was long back to port we would not arrive on time. We do not like last minute or being rushed. Lunch was at a crowded place but very good chicken soup. Again Bergen was a great guide. We were picked up at port at 7:45 if we would have been picked up at 8:30 as requested we really would have been rushed with all these venues. Too much in too little time.

Operator response

Because you had to return to your cruise on time, we had to move quickly and it was regret not to have street food at Gwangjang market. Nevertheless you could see some part of Korea during the short tour. I hope you to come back to Korea agian with enought time for the tour. Thanks, Bergen Park
