We have purchased same day tickets 2h before the entry and it worked perfectly. We got a ticket via WhatsApp within 15 min, so drove to the museum and had no issues entering. As written in the description- our ticket was issued for 12:45 instead of 12:30 but it had nothing to say when the tickets are sold out everywhere else. Very happy that we have it a try!
Seller provided tickets that were already used. Was not helpful in resolving issue only said “sorry”

Interesting museum. The time we booked was 15 minutes before the time on the ticket. This creates confusion in the line at the entrance.

We had an amazing experience on this tour. Our guide, Jordan was incredible— an amazing storyteller who really brought Frida Kahlo and the area to life. The food along the way was delicious. We would highly recommend this tour!
Thanks for nice review, just as a heads up it is posted on the wrong business. This is a self-guided tour of the neighborhood that includes entry to the museum not a guided tour with an actual guide.
