Great experience,. We booked our tickets overnight and they were prompt to sen us our tickets. Communication is as great. Service and response time were amazing.
I was able to get tickets for a sold out day on Viator. I would say the PDF that came with it was useless, but the tickets were great.
Very interesting, but the value is very high. The queue was relatively fast, organize by schedule, every 15 minutes.
We have purchased same day tickets 2h before the entry and it worked perfectly. We got a ticket via WhatsApp within 15 min, so drove to the museum and had no issues entering. As written in the description- our ticket was issued for 12:45 instead of 12:30 but it had nothing to say when the tickets are sold out everywhere else. Very happy that we have it a try!
Seller provided tickets that were already used. Was not helpful in resolving issue only said “sorry”
Hannah, thank you for telling it straight, because you're right. The ticket we sent had already been scanned, and there's no version of this where that's okay. You showed up ready for Frida's house and got turned away at the door over our mistake. We refunded you completely and offered a free entry the next day; we understand your schedule didn't leave room for it, and that stings for us too. We hate that we couldn't get you inside. We've since built a verification step so every ticket is checked as valid before it ever goes out. That's cold comfort for your trip, we know. If you're ever back in Mexico City, reach out to us directly, the Blue House is worth a second try, and we'd make sure of it.
Great experience. Especially if you did not think ahead and by a ticket as they sellout months in advance. Would recommend to friends.
Interesting museum. The time we booked was 15 minutes before the time on the ticket. This creates confusion in the line at the entrance.
Quick entrance, no complications.
Overall a very smooth experience with getting tickets and pdf. Glad to be able to see the museum at our own pace, even if we should’ve gotten tickets ourselves earlier.
Great way to get last min tickets especially since the tickets get sold out a month in advance. The pdf shared for the self guided tour is also useful
