Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the lakes of the Dolomites starting and ending in Venice. A professional English speaking driver, local of the Dolomites, will meet you at Piazzale Roma You will have a fast view on the Prosecco land (from the highway), on the dam of Longarone and stop by Pieve di Cadore, birthtown of the painter Tiziano Vecellio Drive to lake Auronzo and lake Misurina and up to 3 Cime di Lavaredo (available approx. from end of May to October). You will drive further to lake Landro, lake Dobbiaco and finally to the amazing lake Braies for small walk or row boat ride (boat available only in the summer time). Lunch options*: local farm or on the lake river. A short stop in Cortina d'Ampezzo city centre and drive back to Venice through the Cadore valley. You will stop for pictures and receive explanations about the mountains, history and traditions and a map of the itinerary. Bottles of water and Wi-Fi free on board. *extra cost

The tour will start and finish in Piazzale Roma Venice
Your personal English speaking driver local of the Dolomites will meet you in piazzale Roma Venice and will be with you all the day long, stopping for pictures in the most beautiful spots, giving information about the mountains, history and traditions of the area. Trusting local drivers who lives the Dolomites all year long will enrich your experience. Comfortable and safe cars with bottles of water and Wi-Fi free on board, some with panoramic roof will make your day even more remarkable

you will see the Vajont dam where in the 1963 the upper part of one of the two mountains collapsed and totally fall inside the water of the dam, letting it become a tsunami which destroyed the village of Longarone and killed almost 2000 people
stopping by the birth house of the painter Tiziano Vecellio (1490-1576)
enjoy the green color of the big lake of the village of Auronzo, with view on the 3 Cime di Lavaredo
enjoy one of the most beautiful and big lakes of the Dolomites, with mountain Sorapiss, Cristallo, Monte Piana and Tre Cime di Lavaredo around it and look for the reflection of the mountain in it. The driver will tell you about the legend of king Sorapiss and his spoiled daughter Misurina. You will have time for a short walk.

Join the Rifugio Auronzo at the bottom of the most famous mountains of the Dolomites and enjoy the view of the Auronzo valley and lake and of the particular kind of limestone and memory of the struggles between Italians and Austrians during WW1. You will have time for pictures

No traditional tour stops here! Enjoy the most famous shape of the Tre Cime from another point of view and the nearby lake Landro with another great view point on the Cristallo mountain and Croda Rossa
We will stop at lake Dobbiaco, less popular than others but also charming and with spectacular colours of the water

Met at the meeting point and stayed. No contact from company or app for help. Tour guide never showed. Did not complete tour.
Domenico was an amazing driver and guide. We loved spending the day with him! He shared lots of information, was personable, and was great with our multigenerational family.
