Bring a towel in summer months your skipper may decide there is time for a swim in our crystal clear lake. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies. Free wifi on board. 4 cruises daily in the summer months, from 90 - 120 minutes. Our popular 5 pm Cocktail Cruise includes a couple of complimentary glasses of wine or beer and pizza, this is all included in the ticket price. Really informative guide. Welcoming team and more than enough space onboard. Really good value for money and a lovely way to spend the morning. We went as a family of 6 with an infant - just for ease, don’t take the buggy if you can leave behind but they will store away for you if not. The boat got up to the carvings really close a couple of times to allow everyone onboard the opportunity for photos.
A good way to spend a couple of hours in Taupo. Lake front cruise, then over to the rock carvings. Great little boat, friendly staff, a bit of banter on the way. Family friendly, with opportunity for the kids to steer the boat back and get their 'Skipper's Licence'. Good value all round.
It was an awesome cruise experience to have… value for money for the time spent on the boat. The atmosphere was awesome but it would be very nice if people are considerate of other on the boat, it is exciting but give everyone the chance to take photos don’t hope around stealing all the awesome spots. The staff was awesome. The best part of the trip was allowing kids to take turn on the wheels. It was awesome trip.

My daughter and I loved this scenic cruise from the moment we boarded until we arrived back on dry land. The skipper was entertaining and very knowledgeable. Was nice to have a hot drink and cookie with the option of purchasing more food/drinks if we wanted. Amazing views out on the water. Great value for money.

The cruise was choppy but the boat captain was very amused that a good portion of the people wanted to go to the front and get wet by crashing waves. We were all fine and dry inside. The Ducks flew along side the boat on the way out and the crew fed them from the boat. It was awesome highly recommended. Tea coffee soft drink beer and wine onboard to purchase

I had a really nice time on the Ernest Kemp. The crew were fantastic from start to finish and gave lots of information and the boat got very close to the Maori carvings. It was very easy to find the start point. The onboard drinks prices were very reasonable.

Fantastic cruise, captain & crew were very informative & friendly. Smaller boat, perfect size for us. Amazing company to deal with when I had accidentally booked an extra person on this tour.
